Shipping Policy

REEYAA CIRCUIT & ELECTRONICS (OPC) PVT. LTD. ("we" and "us") operates reeyaacircuit.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this website you agree to the terms below.

1. General

Subject to stock/capacity availability. If we're unable to fulfil part of your order, we will contact you about awaiting restocking or processing a refund for that portion.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and collected with the order payment.

3. Delivery Terms

Domestic transit: typically 2–7 days. International transit: typically 4–22 days depending on courier selected.

Dispatch time: orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday–Friday excluding national holidays.

Change of delivery address: possible any time before dispatch. Tracking: a tracking link is provided upon dispatch.

4. Duties & Taxes

Applicable sales tax is included in listed prices. For international shipments, import duties/taxes may apply on arrival and are the customer's responsibility. If duties are refused, goods are returned to us at the customer's expense, with a refund minus return shipping cost.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact us immediately.
