Role Description
Core Responsibilities Data Preparation: Import and interpret customer layout data (Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581) into CAM software.
Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Identify and correct design issues like trace widths, clearances, hole sizes, and layer stack-ups to maximize production yield and minimize costs.
Panelization: Efficiently arrange multiple PCB designs onto a single production panel to optimize material usage. Tooling & Programming: Generate CNC drill/rout programs, netlists for electrical testing, and test point generation.

Key Responsibilities
Layout & Design: Develop single and multi-layer PCB layouts (analog, digital, high-speed, or mixed-signal). Ensure proper component placement, trace routing, and stack-up planning. [1, 2, 4]
Verification & Checks: Perform Design Rule Checks (DRC), Electrical Rule Checks (ERC), and assess Signal Integrity (SI) / Power Integrity (PI). Mitigate EMI/EMC and thermal issues. [1, 3]
